Information
The casting filter is located at the exit of the melting furnace.
The self-heated equipment has been designed as a light low consumption modern furnace and it is comprised of the following elements:
The base section is built in electro welded steel plate with the corresponding supports. It is provided with a manual tilting (turnover) system for the emptying operation.
For a complete emptying of the furnace before reinstalling the filter, the furnace is fitted with a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder at the rear of the furnace to transfer all the aluminium to the transport ladle.
